Traitor - August 27
An upcoming movie release that looks like an interesting flick for thriller lovers is Traitor. Directed and written by Jeffrey Nachmanoff, Traitor is set for release on August 27th, and stars Academy Award nominee Don Cheadle and Guy Pearce.
The movie plotline revolves around the CIA operative Samir Horn (Don Cheadle), who is working deep undercover with a terrorist group. When FBI agent Roy Clayton (Guy Pearce) steps onto the scene to lead an investigation into the very same terrorist group, he soon realizes that all the clues are pointing to the former U.S. Special Operations officer Samir Horn.
An inter-agency task force then ties Horn to a prison break in Yemen, a bombing in Nice and a raid in London. All roads seem to lead back to Horn, but Clayton discovers a tangle of contradictory evidence that forces him to question whether this is a simple case of one disaffected former operative or something much more complicated.
