James McAvoy To Star In The Conspirator

James McAvoy To Star In The Conspirator“The Conspirator” is James McAvoy’s upcoming drama movie. Directed by Robert Redford and written by James D. Solomon, this drama is among the 2010 movie DVD releases.

James McAvoy started his career in 1995 starring in David Hayman’s “The Near Room” and got internationally recognized after being seen in “Leto Atreides II” in 2003. In 2006 James starred in “The Last King of Scotland.”

The year 2007 was rather progressive for the Scottish actor. He had two leading roles in the melodrama films “Becoming Jane” and “Atonement.” In 2008 James McAvoy together with Angelina Jolie starred in the action film “Wanted.” And in 2011 the actor is going to star in its sequel “Wanted 2.”

The plot of the historical film  ”The Conspirator” is rather interesting. Seven men and a woman, Mary Surratt (Robin Wright Penn), are sent to prison accused of conspiring to kill President Abraham Lincoln. As it turns out Mary Surratt together with those people planned secret meetings at her boarding house. Then it so happens that a young lawyer of twenty eight years Frederick Aiken (James McAvoy) becomes this lady’s defender. Soon the lawyer discovers that her defendant can really be innocent. Will Frederick Aiken save the woman’s life?

I am sure that James McAvoy will be incredible in this role as in any other.
