Graduation
Graduation, which was released at the beginning of May, is directed by Michael Mayer and stars Chris Marquette, Shannon Lucio, Riley Smith and Chris Lowell. The film is about group of friends about to graduate as they enjoy life.
However, that life shattered when one of the boy’s mothers becomes ill which requires immediate surgery which will costs $100,000. In order to meet the costs, Polly (Shannon Lucio) suggests robbing her father’s bank. All they need for a successfully robbery is to steal the keys to the bank’s vault, but Carl (Chris Marquette) falls in love with a bank teller and that will complicate everything that was initially planned.
According to Wild About Movies, the whole experience means the friends discover more about themselves.
When things don’t go according to plan, they end up learning more about themselves in one day than they ever did in school.
Rotten Tomatoes reports that it’s not the only thing that makes the robbery more difficult.
At Prom, as all conflicts come to a head, the gang learns Polly has become the class valedictorian. Because she’ll have to give a speech at the graduation ceremony, their plan is now more complicated than ever.
